This place is extraordinary with well-maintained facilities and spacious, tidy rooms featuring outdoor bathrooms.

Got comfy room with tea & cookies. The pool was heated and I had cool drinks in the cellar bar. The setting was STUNNING, really close to the eateries and shops nearby and the chinatown. I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby.

Tasty breakfast with lots of healthy choices. 😋 I really liked it!

The location was exceptionally nice - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was a nice size and the view by nature with a magnificent view was astonishing. The pool was clean and we had refreshing drinks in the sky bar.

I loved everything about the resort. The villas (we had a water villa and a garden villa) were wow! The pool, the hotspring jacuzzi, the room, the bathrooms, the sitting and dining area facing the pool were all just perfect in design and facilties. You have to try out all the facilities and experience them. In all, it was a holiday to remember and dream about. If you like the photos you see of the resort, then you will absolutely the reality. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay a memorable one. A job well done.

Location: the hotel was near Jeff's Cellar restaurant of more than 500 MYR pp and a jungle and the eateries and shops nearby. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby. Very nice place with freindly staff & excllent service. We had a private villa with swimming pool & jacuzzi filled with natural water from the spring (hot water). Very clam & relaxing place. Would recommend this to other travellers.

I loved the beautiful villa with its personal hot spring jacuzzi and swimming pool! The Balinese landscaping was exquisite and I felt we were in our own personal, well hidden tropical paradise. Booked a room with great views of limestone mountains. the location was amazing for Ipoh, right by the pond, and lush green surrounding nature. - Serene geothermal lake with a breathtaking view of limestone hills and outcrop.

The place was super beauiful!! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon. The staff at the retreat went beyond the call of duty to see to our every whims and never complained. Service from the heart!! The facilities were wonderdul and we watced the sun set while sitting in the hotsprings and brushed our teeth in the mornings while watching the surrounding hills. So peaceful! Special thanks to the staff who made our short stay memorable!!

The spa still needs some improvement in their treatments mentioned in the spa menu. We tried the massage but I wasn't really impressed with the pressure points.

The rooms are beautifully maintained in a lush green setting on a private island.

Privacy, landscape, facilities, staff, Jeff's cellar, food, caves, jungle, space and comfort. Booked for 1 night, but so enjoyable decided to stay an extra night.

Unique location to Lost World Tambun. The food was reasonably priced, and the room was comfortable.
